Missouri Pacfic Railroad Alco RS3 #4502

This engine was built in 1955 by the American Locomotive Company for the Missouri Pacfic Railroad and sold in 1975 to the Bauxite & Northern Railway at Bauxite Arkansas. Equity Grain Co-op of Houston the purchased it to switch cars at it's grain elevator.  Was retired in 1992 when it suffered a broken crankshaft.

AAR B-B, Model RS-3 1,600 hp

Sold to Museum Of Transportation in 1996 and restored to its MoPac paint in 2000-2006..
